Board of Directors Membership
The Board members are elected at the Annual General Assembly of the Owners Association each year to act as the representatives of all the owners within the Owners Association.
The Board member’s role and duties are clearly defined and governed by the Jointly Owned Property Law and the Owners Association Constitution, which includes overseeing the management, maintenance and the operations of the common areas and the affairs of the Owners Association. The Board can delegate some or all of its functions to an association manager and Board members are required to observe a Code of Conduct set down in the Declaration.
